1.1. PURPOSE AND SCOPE
At Tikin, we consider protecting our users' privacy fundamental. We collect only necessary information and limit sharing with third parties to what is strictly required to provide our services. Within our organization, access to your personal data is restricted exclusively to those employees, contractors, and service providers who need this information to manage matters related to Tikin, your transactions, and regulatory compliance.

This privacy policy may be updated periodically. When making modifications, we will update the date at the top of this document and, for significant changes, we will send you a direct notification or a prominent notice within the application.
It is essential that the personal information we maintain about you is accurate and up-to-date. If you need to modify any data, you can do so directly from the Tikin application. As a user, it is your responsibility to review this policy regularly. If you continue to use Tikin after an update to this policy, we will understand that you accept the implemented changes.
1.3. INTERACTION WITH EXTERNAL SITES
The Tikin application may contain links to third-party digital platforms. By interacting with these links or enabling these connections, you allow such third parties to collect or share your data. We have no control over these external sites nor are we responsible for their privacy policies. When leaving our application, we advise you to review the privacy policies of each site you visit to understand how they protect and use your information.
2. INFORMATION COLLECTED
To provide our digital financial services and comply with our regulatory obligations, we need to collect certain personal data. This collection occurs when you create a Tikin account, complete our verification processes, use our services, or interact with us in any way.
The term "personal data" refers to any information about an individual that allows their identification. It excludes data where identity has been removed (anonymous data). We collect, use, and process the following categories of information:
• Personal identification data: Full name, date of birth, surnames, username, tax identification, marital status, gender, official document number, nationality, and any other information contained in your identification documents (such as passport or driver's license).

• Transaction records: Details of your activities on the platform, including amounts, dates, times, recipients, and nature of each transaction made through Tikin.
• Technical information: IP address, access credentials, browser type and version, time zone settings, plugin types and versions, operating system, platform, and specifications of the device used to access Tikin.
• User profile data: Your username, password, configuration preferences, provided feedback, and survey responses.
• Usage information: Data about how you use our application, which features you access most frequently, and behavior patterns on the platform.
• Communication preferences: Your choices regarding receiving marketing communications and other notifications, both from us and from third parties.
• Location data: Information about the geographic location of your device when using Tikin.
Additionally, we collect and analyze Aggregate Data (statistical or demographic information) which, although they may be derived from your personal data, do not directly reveal your identity. For example, we may calculate the percentage of users who use a certain feature of the application. However, if we combine these Aggregate Data with your personal information in a way that directly or indirectly identifies you, we will treat this combined information as personal data, protected in accordance with this policy.
We do not collect Special Categories of Personal Data about you (information about race, ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, health data, genetic or biometric information) unless there is a specific legal obligation.
Optionally, you may provide us with additional information to improve your experience:
• Contacts from your device: With your express authorization, we may access your contact list to facilitate transfers, platform invitations, identity verification, fraud prevention, and service personalization. You can modify this authorization at any time.

d) Responding to our requests for additional information for verification or regulatory compliance;

5. RECIPIENTS OF YOUR INFORMATION

11.2. COMPLAINT PROCESS
If you believe that we have not adequately addressed your concerns: a) Contact us directly to try to resolve the issue; b) Clearly detail your concern and the outcome you seek; c) Provide relevant information about previous communications; d) You will receive an initial response within 5. business days and a complete assessment within 15. days.
11.3. SUPERVISORY AUTHORITIES

All terms not specifically covered by this Privacy Policy will be governed by what is established in the Tikin Terms and Conditions that you accepted when creating your account.
